BM250 Tube Bender: The Only Mandrel-Free Bender with Dual-Direction Capability

The BM250 Tube Bender is the ONLY mandrel-free tube bending machine capable of bending both to the right and left, using custom tools exclusively designed by Mackma.

Its innovative design allows the bending of tubes up to 219.1 mm in diameter with a wall thickness of 12.7 mm, a minimum bending radius of 3xOD, and a maximum radius of 1200 mm. This ensures high repeatability even in the most demanding markets.

The bending axis is controlled by an inverter, enabling a maximum rotation speed of 0.6 RPM, which can be finely adjusted based on tube specifications.

Thanks to the unique design of its shaft system, the BM250 is compatible with tools from all competing machines currently on the market. The inverter-controlled motor minimizes energy consumption, making it an energy-efficient choice.
